Vibrant and Vivid!

So, this week we are currently rapping up color theory which included: Single process, highlights, lowlights,
bleaching and etc.

Notes to self concerning Color:
*If mixing color, stay within the same level
*Watch out when bleaching hair to not leave it in for too long
*DEEP condition after a color job
*If you have sallow skin with yellow undertones then stay away from Golds!!
*Just stick with colors that compliment your skin tone.
*If you had blonde hair as a little kid, you'll look good as a blonde now
*If you are going the bottle route, NEVER color your hair two shades lighter than your natural
*If you have super pale skin, dark hair can make you look older and ghastly, go lighter!
*Almost everyone can go Red but it's the right shade that is most important.
*As much as Red is a fun color is fades really fast!
*You DON'T want to mess with nature, you want to enhance it!
*If you have a great base tone, think about highlights instead!
*There are 4 (four) types of highlights: Basic foil highlights, hair painting, chunky, and lowlights.
*If you're using box dyes, stick with semi-permanent color
*If you hate your color, DON'T strangle your hair stylist!! Don't be afraid to go back to
the salon and talk to your stylist if you are not pleased with your color. There are all sorts of
ways to fix color that is not right to you.
*Once you color your gorgeous mane, invest in color enhancing products!
